What we will. What we won't.
Six principles, binding on every employee, contractor, supplier, and joint-venture partner of Stark Industries worldwide. Last reaffirmed by the Board of Directors on January 31, 2026.
- /01
Build it only if you'd stake your name on it.
Every Stark product carries the chief engineer's signature on the bill of materials. If you would not sign it, you do not ship it.
- /02
We do not sell offensive weapons systems.
Reaffirmed at every annual general meeting since 2008. Our defensive and dual-use programs operate under published rules of engagement and external audit.
- /03
Tell the regulator first.
If a Stark engineer discovers a defect, a vulnerability, or a behaviour outside the spec, the regulator hears about it before the press does. No exceptions.
- /04
No retaliation.
Anyone — employee, contractor, supplier, or a member of the public — may raise a concern to the Office of the Ombudsman at any time, on the record or anonymously. Retaliation against a reporter is itself a fireable offense.
- /05
Bribes and facilitation payments are forbidden.
Worldwide. Zero exceptions. We will walk away from a contract before we will pay one.
- /06
Personal data is held in trust.
We collect what we need, store it as briefly as we can, and protect it as if it were our own — because it eventually will be.
