We collect information you provide directly (name, email, employer, message contents), information collected automatically (IP address, device, page-view telemetry), and information from authorized partners (background-check vendors during recruiting, payment processors during commercial transactions).
2. How we use it
To operate the website, respond to inquiries, evaluate candidates, fulfill commercial contracts, comply with legal obligations, and improve our products. We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with advertisers.
3. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (GDPR, CCPA, UK GDPR, LGPD, and equivalents) you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing. Email privacy@stark-industries.com — verified requests are answered within 30 days.
4. Retention & security
We retain personal data only as long as required for the purpose collected or by law. All systems handling personal data are AES-256 encrypted at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Independent SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 audited annually.
