  2. 1943

    Wartime contracts establish Stark Munitions as principal supplier to the Strategic Scientific Reserve.

  3. 1957

    Stark relocates to the original Malibu Point compound. First long-range guided missile system shipped.

  4. 1968

    Anthony Edward Stark is born.

  5. 1991

    Howard Stark passes away. Anthony Stark inherits company at age 21.

  6. 1995

    Anthony Stark assumes role of CEO. Defense revenue grows tenfold over the decade.

  7. 2008

    Stark Industries publicly exits the offensive-weapons business. Clean Energy division founded.

  8. 2009

    First Mark I arc reactor module deployed at Stark Tower, New York.

  9. 2010

    Virginia Potts named Chief Executive Officer. Founder transitions to Chief Engineer.
